Who the controller is
Data submitted on this site is processed by Algoritmus Technologies Ltda., registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 53.938.048/0001-01, with offices at Av. Paulista 1106, room 01, floor 1, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, referred to here as Algoritmus.

What we collect
On the waitlist we collect your work email. If you continue to the second step, we also collect your name, company, role and area.
We also record the language you signed up in and which part of the site the sign-up came from, so we know which language to use with you and what works on the page.
We do not collect sensitive data, we do not use advertising cookies and there is no third-party tracking on this site.
What we use it for
We use this data to let you know when access opens, to prioritise invitations and to prepare the product for your area.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping in touch with prospective customers who signed up voluntarily, under article 7 of the Brazilian LGPD.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is stored in Supabase, our database provider, and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors and only handle the data to provide us that service.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as the waitlist and any resulting business relationship last. If you ask for deletion, we remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
At any time you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw consent and leave the list.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@algoritmus.ai. We reply within 15 days.
Security
The database has public access disabled: only the site server writes sign-ups, using a credential that is never exposed to the browser. Traffic is encrypted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced by email to people on the list.
